DWFI has the strong support of a leading land-grant public university through the University of Nebraska, which brings with it considerable expertise in a range of disciplines related to water and food, a tradition of connecting research with practice and a viable network in local, national and international communities.
In addition to this relationship, DWFI leverages faculty and students of the University of Nebraska to expand the institute’s research impacts while providing unique opportunities for both.
