I lead CDP’s Water Security program in the US, working with: companies to improve their water stewardship; investors to integrate ESG into their decision making; funders to ensure fiscal sustainability of my program; and policy makers to address and mitigate shared water challenges. Named to the GreenBiz 2016 “30 under 30” list, I am a frequent public speaker and am comfortable distilling complex information into messages that enable action.
Working in Mumbai in 2011, I saw first-hand the struggle that millions of people face when they aren’t able to access a stable and secure supply of potable water. Since then my environmental passion and career has been channeled towards water. I am inspired by the incredible role water plays as a connector of people and issues; when water quantity and quality are improved it advances health, reduces hunger, increases gender equality, and supports the ecosystems we all rely on.
