The Daugherty Water for Food Global Institute held the “Water for Food Global Forum,” a virtual series of events over a one-month period in October 2021 that convened leading international experts, growers and organizations to focus on achieving global water and food security. The Forum focused on integrating knowledge and practice.
The Forum featured both on-demand and live content, and special live side events were held at various times throughout the month. On-demand content can be watched whenever is convenient. Each week focused on a particular theme related to the mission of ensuring food and water security for all:
- Food Systems and Nutrition - October 3-9
- Innovation and Entrepreneurship in Agriculture and Water Management - October 10-16
- Water and Nutrient Management - October 17-23
- Climate Change and Extreme Events - October 24-30
