The Irrigation Innovation Consortium (IIC), founded in 2018 exists to accelerate the development and adoption of water and energy-efficient tools and practices. This session will feature updates on IIC-supported research activities that span a wide range of applications and geographies, as well as what needs to be done to increase the usability and adoption of these technologies in the market. Results from a recent irrigation research needs survey, and an overview of IIC's next steps as an organization will also be covered.
