Dr. Ozan Ciftci is the Kenneth E. Morrison Distinguished Professor at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. An expert in driving innovation in food engineering and sustainable food systems. He directs the NSF Global Center project, FoodID, and holds leadership roles in scientific societies. An internationally recognized researcher, recipient of the LIST International Award in Bioinnovation, holds multiple patents and has secured over $20 million in funding for food innovation. He actively collaborates with industry and academia worldwide to drive the next generation of sustainable food innovations.
