Rights and Resources Initiative
Chloe Ginsburg leads the Tenure Tracking Program at the Rights and Resources Initiative, which monitors global progress in the legal recognition of Indigenous Peoples', Afro-descendant Peoples', and local communities' rights to lands, forests, and freshwater, as well as the rights of women within these communities. For the past 10 years, this work has focused on identifying global trends in community tenure and the implications of these for achieving global climate and sustainable development goals. She holds a B.A. in Environmental Policy and Politics from Drake University.
