Zach Settje is junior pursuing a bachelor’s degree in agribusiness, with minors in entrepreneurship and the Nebraska Beef Industry Scholars at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. Currently, Zach is assisting the institute and IntelliFarm, Inc. with customer research to increase adoption of remote monitoring solutions for efficient use of agricultural inputs.
Zach is from Raymond, Nebraska, with a background in the beef feedlot sector of the state. In addition, he enjoys working with individuals on business startups and developing new products in the agricultural industry. In the future, Zach plans to work in the field of international agricultural development and return to his family’s agricultural engineering and construction business –Settje Agri-Services and Engineering.
